A service connecting athletes and coaches: plans, progress, and communication in one place. This help page belongs to the Next.js web version; a compact “reader” app may follow later. What you see depends on your account type and how your coach has set things up.
After sign-in you use the bottom bar: Home, Timeline, Workout, Calories, Weigh-in, Coach, and Settings. Change language under Settings. This General tab does not spell out amounts or contracts—you handle those in the signed-in product (your account or your coach’s flows).
